2. Purpose of this website
This website provides general information about my counselling/psychotherapy practice, including my approach, the services I offer, and how to get in touch. Nothing on this website constitutes therapeutic advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional support, and using this website does not create a therapeutic or client relationship between us.
A formal working relationship begins only once we've had an initial conversation and agreed to work together, at which point separate terms — covering fees, cancellation policy, confidentiality, and how sessions work — apply, as set out in my therapy agreement.
3. Enquiries and contact
Submitting an enquiry through this website (via the contact form, email, or phone) does not guarantee availability, acceptance as a client, or that a particular service is suitable for you. I aim to respond to enquiries within 48 working hours, but this isn't guaranteed.
If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, please don't rely on this website or its contact form — contact NHS mental health crisis line (111) or the Samaritans (116 123).
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website — including text, images, and branding — belongs to me and is protected by copyright.
